1 Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in the Group Practice Mastermind ("the Program") offered by Your Journey Through LLC ("the Company," "we," "us"), you ("Member," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Your enrollment constitutes a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not complete your purchase.
2 Program Description
The Group Practice Mastermind is a 6-month group coaching and peer support program for therapy practice owners. The Program includes live mastermind calls, access to a private community, and digital resources including the Group Practice Playbook Bundle, templates, and tools ("Program Materials"). The Company reserves the right to modify the format, schedule, or delivery method of the Program at its discretion, provided the overall scope of the Program remains substantially similar.
3 Payment & Financial Commitment
By enrolling, you are committing to the full financial obligation of the Program, regardless of which payment option you select.
If payments are missed or declined, the Company reserves the right to suspend your access to the Program and pursue collection of the outstanding balance. You are responsible for any fees incurred during the collection process.
4 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and group programming, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once enrollment is confirmed, whether you choose to participate in the Program or not. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are committing to the full investment.
5 Disclaimer of Liability
The information, strategies, and resources provided through the Program are for educational and informational purposes only. They are based on the personal and professional experience of the Company and its facilitators.
Results vary and depend on many factors including but not limited to your individual effort, business circumstances, and market conditions. No guarantees of specific outcomes, earnings, or results are made or implied.
The Program does not constitute legal, financial, tax, clinical, or therapeutic advice. You are encouraged to consult licensed professionals for guidance specific to your situation. Your participation in the Program is at your own risk.
6 Intellectual Property & Content Restrictions
All Program Materials, including but not limited to the Group Practice Playbook Bundle (PDF, audiobook, and custom ChatGPT tools), hiring scripts, templates, SOPs, call recordings, community posts, and any other content shared within the Program, are the exclusive intellectual property of Your Journey Through LLC and are protected by copyright law.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Sharing the CEO Bundle, Playbook, templates, or any downloadable resources with non-members
- Recording, screenshotting, or redistributing live call content
- Repackaging or adapting Program Materials for use in your own courses, coaching programs, or products
- Sharing login credentials or community access with anyone not enrolled in the Program
Your access to Program Materials is for your personal use only in connection with your own practice. Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund and may be subject to legal action.
7 Confidentiality
The Mastermind environment is built on trust. Members are expected to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all discussions, personal disclosures, business details, and strategies shared by other members during calls, in the community, or through any Program channels. You agree not to share, disclose, or reference another member's information outside of the Program without their explicit written consent.
8 Code of Conduct
Members are expected to engage respectfully and professionally at all times. The Company reserves the right to remove any member whose behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the group environment. Removal for conduct violations does not entitle the member to a refund.
9 Communication & Contact
By enrolling, you consent to receive emails, text messages, and other communications related to the Program. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but transactional messages related to your enrollment and Program access will continue as needed.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.
11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Journey Through LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the Program, your use of Program Materials, or your breach of these Terms.
12 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wake County, North Carolina.
13 Modifications
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes. Continued participation in the Program following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15 Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with any enrollment or checkout agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
By completing your enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
